A Bright Future for Fintech in Iceland

Reykjavík Fintech, also known as the Fintech Cluster, has made an exciting move by signing a cooperation agreement with Atwork. This partnership focuses on establishing a fintech innovation center that promises to enhance the landscape of financial technology in Iceland.

Regus is a global company that specializes in flexible workspaces. They offer tailored solutions suitable for businesses of all sizes, from startups to large corporations. Being part of the IWG group, Regus is the largest provider of flexible workspace solutions in the world.

Flexible Workspaces for Everyone

Atwork, a key player in this partnership, provides a diverse range of office spaces across several locations in the capital area. They offer access to meeting rooms and open workspaces, ensuring that every member finds a suitable environment for productivity. One of the best parts? Membership includes access in workspaces, which Atwork Fintech members can use at no additional cost.

In Iceland, Atwork operates 16 locations. This gives members the freedom and flexibility to choose their workplace based on convenience. The Atwork network is continuously expanding, with global locations

Exceptional Headquarters

Reykjavík Fintech’s headquarters will be at Köllunarklettsvegur 1, within one of Atwork's office buildings. This location stands out due to its exceptional air quality, design, and service. It’s a place where innovation can thrive!

Atwork will also host a variety of Reykjavík Fintech events, both locally and internationally. One of the venues available for these events is the Dixon Lounge on Laugavegur, which is known for its vibrant atmosphere.

Joining a Global Community

Through this partnership, Reykjavík Fintech becomes part of a global community of about eight million people who utilize Atwork facilities worldwide. This aligns perfectly with Reykjavík Fintech's vision that fintech solutions are becoming increasingly international and crossing borders more frequently.

The cluster includes companies that have already established themselves in international markets. Therefore, it’s ideal for these companies, along with new fintech startups, to have access to Atwork offices

In conclusion, this partnership between Reykjavík Fintech and Atwork marks a significant step forward for the fintech industry in Iceland.
